Criminal defense is where Peter started — and the only kind of case where the win means someone goes home. He brings courtroom experience together with the resources of an established Connecticut litigation firm.
Peter built his early career in Connecticut's criminal courtrooms as a public defender in New Haven Superior Court. He tried cases, argued appeals, and handled criminal matters across the spectrum — experience that shaped how he evaluates evidence, prepares cases, and talks to clients about risk.
He later built BBB Attorneys into an established Connecticut litigation firm and returned to criminal defense with that larger platform behind him: trial lawyers, investigators, technology, and staff capable of preparing a case from multiple angles.
His approach remains straightforward. First: Can the State prove it? Second: Can the evidence come in? Third: Who are you, really? The charge matters, but so do the evidence, the legal issues, the client, and the objective.
